HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SELL MY PHARMACY?
Since the Banking Royal Commission findings (4 February 2019), the pharmacy sale process has been extended to allow the banks sufficient time to accurately analyse the applicant’s affordability/serviceability position. A common projected timeline is 4-6 months depending on the complexity of the transaction. However, on certain occasions we have seen them complete within 3 months, whilst other more complex transactions have taken up to 12 months.
